Full Arch Dental Implant Rehabilitation

Despite apprehension about dental procedures, our patient made the courageous decision to address the issues affecting her oral health. Recognising the importance of restoring the health of her lower dentition, we performed extractions and placed four dental implants. During the healing process, a temporary lower denture was utilised.

Given the patient’s compromised gum quality, a gum graft procedure was undertaken to enhance thickness. This crucial step serves to bolster the protective barrier around the dental implants, ensuring optimal long-term oral health.

The patient was delighted with the outcome of the treatment, as her new lower teeth now afford her the ability to enjoy a wider range of foods and provide support for her lower lip, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing smile.
